“We used this company for pest control for about two years. Unfortunately the tech who was assigned to our area/home was a thief/kleptomaniac, and the company would not acknowledge that they had a problem with him. Quite a few items of native american jewelry/earring etc went missing on his watch. The company would not respond to our concern. They totally "stonewalled" us and would not respond to our concerns about the jewelry thefts. The technician in question fyi is ex-military (he plays that up BIG TIME), really talks A LOT about sports teams etc, and SEEMS like a really nice guy. He just can't resist a glittery thing in front of his eyes.”
