“The people reviewing Abalon in another site must not be real.. This company has very rude employees and the technicians are rude themselves. They don't go over anything with you and they don't answer any questions. The lady who answers the phone for them is highly rude. She is also ignorant as well. When I asked the woman a couple of questions concerning the nature of bugs and where a certain type come from she states she is not an "anthropologist" really lady? It's entomologist... I don't think I can recommend a company that can't answer simple questions but suggest that everyone else is wrong even though they have been in business for many years. Especially someone who refers the study of insects as being an "anthropologist". Like you stated before lady, they have google so look it up before you end up sounding stupid! Also, you should consider taking a customer service class in order to perfect your customer service skills.”
