“We have used Ace Pest Control for over a year now with no complaints, and we decided to use them for encapsulation of our crawlspace. We have been very disappointed with the process. We were told it would take 3-4 days and be completed by the end of August. At the end of that week we were told it would be the following week. We were then told that someone did not do the work correctly and another crew would come fix it. Over a space of two months (it is now the end of October), we have contacted them repeatedly because of not being able to reach them and find out when the work would be completed and the final inspection done. I have called and been told someone would return my call but I would have to follow up the next week. Two months after the job was started, we are told it's complete. While the quality of work may be great, the communication is terrible. We will not be using this company in the future.”

“My wife and I hired Ace to treat our lawn for mosquitoes. We spend a lot of time outside, because we have a garden and swimming pool. The mosquitoes were eating us alive! We would have 6-12 (or more) bites in 5-10 minutes and would either go inside, or spray ourselves with insect repellent. Our yard literally had the worst mosquito problem we have ever experienced. We tried another company and their treatment did not work at all. It is nearly a month later and after heavy rain, we still have no bites! We can sit outside for hours and maybe only get bitten once. Most of time, there are no bites at all. I highly recommend Ace Exterminating for mosquito treatment!”
