“If there was a zero, l would have given them one. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a retail business. She kept telling me that she’d see if her nephew could do the work but he works nights and she doesn’t want to bother him and she has all these commercial accounts. She should’ve just said “sorry I don’t do work for residential people” instead of having me wait for something that wasn’t going to happen.”
