“If you are someone as I am who values a time commitment from a service company and expects them to be at a pre agreed upon time, then Advanced Pest Control is not the company you want to do business with. Repeatedly we have made appointments at a specific time only to sit around for at least an hour or two waiting for them to arrive. It doesn't matter apparently if you have things you have to do since that is why you made an appointment at a specific time in the first place since it is not going to happen and you will be wasting your time and money waiting for them to show up. Very frustrating to say the least and costly if you are losing money while you cool your heals waiting for them.”

“After 11 years, they decided to no longer offer coverage in my area. That would have been fine, had they told me. When I called to inquire why I hadn’t received notification of renewal, I found out they weren’t renewing. I was transferred to the manager who literally laughed because I said I was upset about not being notified. So now I have been without coverage and have to find new coverage. Good riddens!”
