“I've used them for numerous reasons! Staff is great I would never use anyone else if possible. They are on time understanding personable and fixed my problems. Funny enough ! I've never met any one in person always through the phone and any problems I've had simply disappear. There like Ghosts! Professional ghosts. Please try there services I recommend it”

“I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! They did some work on our house a little over year ago. They were supposed to fix the termite and moisture issue underneath of the house ( prior to us buying it). Now a year and a half later we have white mold growing underneath and our floors are buckling because the work wasn’t done properly. When we spoke to the lady she said she would send someone out the following Monday and no one ever showed up!!! She was also very rude and abrasive over the phone. I would run far away from this place.”

“Do not waste your time with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and provide horrible customer service. I called this company last year to make an appointment. The lady said she would call me back and never did. My friend told me to give them another chance so I canceled the appointment I had with another company and made an appointment with them for today November 18th 2019 at 9am. It's 11:05 am now. My appointment was at 9am, they did not call or show up to the appointment. I called them and got no response. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Poor business management. Please do not waste your time with this company. I regret canceling my appointment with the other company. When I spoke to the owner regarding last year incident she told me she have a lot of grandkids so something might have come up and that's probably why she didn't call me back. She never apologized, she just gave me an excuse.”
