“Thankfully, my bug problem is quite small compared to what others may have dealt with (such as termites or roaches). After setting up an appointment for these guys to come out and fumigate my apartment, my roommate came home minutes before their arrival, and when she was not ready to vacate IMMEDIATELY (less than five minutes), they commented about her having "poor planning," and proceeded to leave with no attempt to reschedule with either of us. No courtesy call was made to make sure that nobody was home, there was no mention of us needing to be physically out of the building during the 1-3pm timeframe that they gave me when we scheduled this appointment, and no attempt was made to reschedule on the spot. This was extremely unprofessional.”
