“This is the worst pest control experience I have EVER had. I had a critter in my backyard in September and they came out and caught it. Took them several days after me calling and texting to remove the caged animal from my yard. I then sent several messages and called regarding my bill and never got a response back. Today I get a threatening letter and a bill with a late fee. I have several texts that I have sent this company asking how much I owe. Do not ever use this company! They are unprofessional, threatening and rude!”
