“I found out there were termites well over a month before renters were supposed to come into our rental house. It took them over a week just to spray. To get the actual termite damage it was pure hell. I called these people over 20 times trying to get them to come out and fix the damage to the house. They would promise to come and never show. Wouldn't answer the phone. They finally fixed a baseboard not even 10 feet long days before my renters showed up. THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT THE DAMAGE BEHIND THE WALL. But the clock ran out for me and the renters are in the house now. I would never suggest anyone use these people for a termite contract. They don't do anything they say they will. Waste of time. Waste of patience.”
