Then I finally reached someone and when I told them I had switched to another provider and needed to cancel my services with them all I got was an "Ok, we have that taken care of in the system.".......seriously?! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.”

“I purchase my Home a year and a half ago and the prior resident had Avalon for termite prevention so I kept them until recently. They charged me each and every quarter and yet I don't think they provided any service, not once did I see them treat my home. On each bill I receive, it is indicated that the customer is not home. The problem with that is I work from home and so at no time since I received service from them were they honest on the form. For me that’s a bad sign. To fix this I called them and asked that they actually contact me next time they treat or else I will not be paying the bill. The following quarter I received a bill slipped in my door at around 1 pm. No knock, no doorbell. So not only are they not trustworthy they also do not follow a request from the customer. Due to the false paperwork I have no way to trust that they actually treated my home. My two dogs go off at the smallest thing. If a person was walking on the other side of the street I would be alerted by them right away with loud alerting barks. However at no time have I been alerted to, or seen someone treating my home for termites. You would think that if they treated all the stations that my dogs would see them since they sunbath at a windows that has two stations right there. I advise anyone and everyone to find another provider.”

“Some of the worst customer service we have ever had. We had the owner's wife(customer service) mistake us for someone else with the same last name. She would not listen to understand that she was charging us for service we never received. Unbelievably rude. When she found out she was wrong there was no apology or expalinatiion of her mistake. We were just supposed to deal with her rude voice raised tone. Surprised they stay in business with that mindset. We also just payed for service yesterday for service completed when we "were not home". Beware of this. We have hundreds of ants in our kitchen after this "not at home" service. We will never use this company again.”
