“Technician was unsure and could not explain his qualifications. Inspection was outside and not inside. Called because of mouse problem, which seemed to not interest them, and short of 4 mini traps and two outside bait boxes - was not addressed. When spraying the inside of the house tech sprayed over a hole where I subsequently saw the mouse go. No mention of plugging up. No evaluation or mention of mouse droppings.. Attempted to contact the regional supervisor, and as of 72 hours later still waiting for a call. Will be cancelling contract for non-performance - if I ever get a call back. Additionally when I questioned the negative reviews on line, the regional manager gave me attitude. Surely do not need to deal with a company which is is clearly unresponsive to customers.”
