“Terrible Company. Bad Customer Service. I have had nothing but trouble with this company since I signed on with them a year ago. I called several times to complain. They kept sending out the same incompetent person. I paid $49 a month and still saw big palmetto bugs, spiders, etc. When I asked for a supervisor, I got a rude man who made a bunch of excuses and claimed that I had only called in to complain twice. I switched to a new company, and they found a wasp infestation and carpenter ants. Not sure what the previous company was doing every month, but clearly it didn't work. Neither did their mosquito treatment. When I called to complain again to a supervisor, he claimed six weeks was too long to wait to complain again. I told him that I was told that the chemicals last three months. He said that's true, but obvious... it doesn't work. This company is horrible. I will NEVER use them again.”
