“First they were late, then right after they called to say they were running late, they called back and jacked the price up 10.00 because we live 6 miles outside of Kingman. I had already told them where we live when I made the appointment. I guess the kid wanted some pocket cash. I called and left message requesting a return call to discuss this matter and nothing. They wouldn't answer the phone to speak with us. Talk about professionals. They are a joke. Can't be trusted.”
