“DO NOT use these people! They are horrible! I've had two inspections in 2 months due to the closing being delayed and these inspection letters are only good for 30 days. When the 2nd inspector came.....he found an entire list of things wrong that has made it impossible for us to close this sale! The first inspector found NOTHING....therefore we proceeded to put a new roof on the home ($4000) along with other repairs we agreed to do for the new buyer. Why the 1st inspector found nothing, and the 2nd inspector found MULTIPLE things....and was incredibly RUDE to me when I brought this discrepancy to his attention. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company! I don't even think they deserve 1 star...but it won't allow me to give them a negative rating. Please.....save yourself the aggravation and find a different pest control company. These people do NOT deserve your hard earned money.”
