“We have only been with Bug Out for 1 week but so far I am a satisfied customer. Our serviceman's name is Austin and he is awesome! Since we are a new family to the Jacksonville area we are not familiar with all the insects and how to prevent them. Austin is a well of information. He answered questions for us that had to do with pest control and even the ones that didn't. He is great with pets.
