“Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company and the owner Gerald (aka Gerry). The previous owners of the house we purchased used this company's services, most likely because they were less expensive than others, but they handled their responsibilities very unprofessionally. All the crawlspace grates they installed fell apart within days - terrible quality - and they missed live and dead rodents both under the property and in the attic (found by my plumbers and electrician). They also missed rodent entry points they were supposed to seal into the property. When I called them about some issues they avoided me and when finally set up an appointment, they wouldn't appear. They finally came after 2 "no shows", and after doing almost nothing they committed to, they charged me for their service. They had a chance to redeem themselves by providing a full refund, but they chose not to, which is ultimately why I wrote this review. The company owner Gerald in fact wrote me a very aggressive email, threatening that he'll take me to council if I try to get a full refund. When he refused to refund I tried to get my credit card company to refund me for the service - they contacted the company about the issue. Gerald lied to me saying that he agreed to provide a refund - by the time I found out that he lied, my opportunity to get a credit card refund expired, so he kept the payment. Overall one of the worst experiences I had with a company, I highly recommend against using them, learn from my mistake!!!”
