“Had a bed bug problem called this company because they used heat to get rid of the bug. Have heard that chemicals do work well. After my husband and I tried to get rid of them ourselves and not succeeding we called this company. The response was quick and knowledgeable. They were very professional and explained everything we needed to do before they got there. They bought in several huge heaters they were as tall as me! They put one in all the rooms along with several small heaters and fans to circulate the air. They told me they would heat the entire house up to 140 degrees all the way to the studs of the house. They had thermal thermometers to read the temperature of the studs through the walls. It took about 2.5 hours to heat the whole house to 140 degrees but they kept it at this temp for 4 hours. At this time we were long gone. We left at 8am and returned home at around 3pm. It was so hot in the house the sugar melted we couldn't touch the door knobs and the tables were so hot you could fry an egg! It took all night with the AC blasting to cool the house back down. It didn't cool down til the next morning. It was all worth it because 10 months later no bedbugs! Haven't had a bite or seen one since John from Clarks walked into my house!”
