“We began using Cooks after my wife had good dealings with them through her work. The rep that inspected our home was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He had the verbiage memorized to a t... not from someone who was spouting something from a manual, but with the air of someone who knows what they do and takes pride in it. The actual terminator, according to my wife, is extremely nice and professional as well. The service seems a little expensive compared to other terminators, but once again, you get what you pay for.”

“Money was tight, so we were late in making a scheduled payment. If isn't that we hadn't paid for services rendered, this was paid for in full. We were paying ahead for future services. Cook's sent a letter to us threatening attorney action unless we paid immediately. This rubbed me the wrong way as again - Cook's hadn't provided the service yet - so I cancelled my coverage and asked for a refund of money. They refused the refund and told us they would be coming by to remove all termite plugs. These are the same plugs we had paid for in full. I have zero respect for this company.”
