“Just be on notice - the $240 inspection fee is ONLY an inspection. They charge $240 for what most other companies I've used charge less and $100. They look around, take pictures, tell you have a problem and charge $240. My fault for not having a better understanding of that - I very wrongly assumed the $240 would include something more than merely confirming I had a problem. I learned my lesson. The company gets great reviews. I am sure they must be good at what they do. But for me, the fee for nothing more than an inspection is well above what I have found to be common in the market. I didn't need someone to charge me $240 to tell me I had a problem. I knew that already - that's why I called.”
