“So very pleased with this company. We had our entire complex tented for Termites, (12 Bldgs). What a job it was, but Robert, the termite inspector was here conducting meetings several times with my residents, and If I called for more Contracts for residents to sign or bags he was here within 20 minutes. They were here setting up when they said they would be, and broke it down quickly and all apartments were tested and residents got to come back and hour earlier than expected. The ladies in the office were always so pleasant when I called for any questions I may have had. Even after the service, Robert has contacted me to make sure everything was good. “Heard great things about them, but they must be busy like I am because I have not been able to get an appointment. Left three messages online, then after two days I sent another message. I finally got a call to schedule an appointment and she said she had to place me on hold while she finally finds me a time. I work long hours and I can't tie up my work phone so in asked her to call me back when she has the information. She never called back. So I called again and I was on hold again for several minutes... I called another place and they helped me immediately. I am not judging them, because I do understand. However, me the customer has still not been helped.”
