“If I could choose I would not have even given this place one star. I paid them to get rid of rodents problems, he, Mr. James, came by and set up traps and his traps caught not one thing. Told me he would guarantee his service. Months has past and rodent problem still occurred. When I explained to him that the problem was not fixed and nothing was caught from his traps. He wanted more money when my 1st payment paid for nothing. Why should I pay another payment when my 1st payment was not even guaranteed? That is NOT guaranteed service to me. You should not promise your customers guaranteed work if you can not deliver it.”
