We followed all instructions, invested an additional $800 in the materials and labor involved in removing all furniture and carpeting from the house, and put in countless hours. Shortly after 2nd treatment, the bedbugs returned. Mr. Duncan refused to talk to me and refused to come and complete the job without additional payment. I find his behavior irresponsible.”
