“Very effective at killing ants. Not very effective at killing anything else. They started by sending bills with my girlfriend's first name with my last name. Unacceptable. I have no idea how they even know she lives here. I ordered the service and paid with my credit card. Calls to the office to have this error fixed were unsuccessful. They merely said they would fix it and didn't. Also, they just don't show up (no one showed in November or December at all) but I was billed anyway. When I called to have it corrected they told me that I would not be charged for January, but I was. So now I'm trying to prove that no one was here back in November so that I can get my money back. Basically, since I signed the contract in July they've stolen $120 from me and there are still bugs in my house.”
