“Serviced for potential snakes in crawl space. Pest technicaan was Calvin. He arrived more than an hour late with a noticeable odor of alcohol. He was ill tempered, cantankerous, rude and arguementive. He had a very bad attitude during the entire job.Towards the end of the task which included clearing out the crawl space to place glue boards for capture of the snakes, he all but demanded a personal tip, suggesting I stated I would give him something over and above the quoted price for services rendered. I said no such thing and did not appreciate his feeble and highly transparent attempt at trying to manipulate me for additional payment. While I appreciated the services implemented, dispatching an individual who is clearly ignorant of the importance of good customer service resulted in a bad experience for me as well as a damaging review to the reputation of this company. Calvin does not represent well the company and should be benched!”
