“A few weeks ago I came face to face with a flying squirrel in my kitchen. I had heard "activity" in my attic prior to that, but one night he was inside my house (I got him out but knew he would try to come back in from the cold)! I called the pest control company I have used in the past (not this one) and they said their squirrel program was a 5 day program and they only started it on Mondays (it was Tuesday AM when I called--in other words I had to wait 6 days for them to start trying to catch the little guy). I called Ecotech and they sent Victor out within hours. He said he would continue to come out until we knew there was no more squirrel activity. Victor was not only thorough, polite and VERY funny, I knew he would do the job, even if it took longer than 5 days--which it did!
