“I paid $250 for two service visits to take care of a rodent problem. The Rep who came by was very professional and offered advice on sealing home against rodents. My issue is the only other thing they do for you is leave 2 bait traps. It was not made clear to me at the time these bait traps are only "rentals". If you don't continue service after the second visit they take the traps on that visit. The service seems like a poor value for $250 when you can buy those same traps and a years worth of bait for $30-40.”
