“When I called to discuss my wasp problem I had described how they were getting into the house. And the reason I didn't try to treat the nest myself from the outside is from this information on their website.. "Do not attempt to try to kill any you may see outside the wall. This will only result in the remaining wasps moving farther into the wall..." Unfortunately, after their treatment, this is exactly that happened. Now I know unexpected things can happen with Mother Nature so that’s not what upset me. What was upsetting is when I left an email and two voicemails regarding the issue, it took two days to respond. And the response was a completely unsympathetic conversation with excuses and deflection. A proper customer service response would have been “Sorry it took so long to reply. How about we bring out some traps to take care of the remaining wasps?”. And in the end I ended up having to pay them to take care of the problem myself. *edit* to the owners response with accurate times. On Friday I sent an email at 8:20am, called your tech and left a msg at 3:41pm, then called your office and left another msg there at 3:45pm (not Friday "night"). You called back at 11:27am on Sunday but instead of offering solutions you only offered excuses much like the response to this review. At the end of the day I paid for a service, yet I was the one who had to extract HUNDREDS of live wasps from my home. And you are perfectly ok with that.”

“$171 trip charge to do nothing is a bit reduced... and the guy that came out was rude plus the guy told me it was $100.. I had someone come out a few days before and I forgot to cancel the appointment. That's my bad but to charge someone that much to do nothing. Nope I'm sorry. I'm okay with paying something but not that much. I was unaware how much the charge would been I was not told tell the guy came out with his son. I didn't want to start a argument with someone with a child being around.”
