“Stay away from this company!! I have been with Freehold Pest for years. Since they recently went "paperless" and raised their rates, customer care has went out the window. I called their office about an ongoing issue, and I had the misfortunate experience speaking with Kayla. For a front desk/customer service rep, she was rude and condescending. Without leaving a door hanging note informing me that you serviced my home, how am I to know that you where actually there? I had explained that I wanted both in and out treated at each visit...But some how I had begun receiving invoices with ever seeing a tech or a note saying that they came...... I could go on and on, but the bottom line is there are companies, that will be happy to treat customers with respect and be honest in their practices.”

“Would not give any quotes over the phone. Demanded that someone must come to my house before money is even discussed. So, I called Cavanaugh's. They gave me one quote for an inspection, another one for certification, and then informed me that an extermination quote (if needed) can be given after the inspection.”
