“I picked them because they were the only ones who did not want any contracts signed. But their service is useless. They do not come on time and nothing happens to the roaches after they treat. We let them pre-treat our newly constructed home and started seeing roaches 2 weeks after that. We have not even moved in fully. When I called back, the customer care lady laughed at me and said I brought the roaches with me. She was insulting and accused me of not washing my dishes properly. Please do not use them.”
