The job took so long that it put us with exposed wood in the beginning of the rain and snow season. The job is still not complete. I would never use this company again.”

“I am giving 1 star because I had to provide the rating to be able to submit my review. First of all, they said that they guarantee your report withing 1 day. It took 4 days. In their report they said that there was approximately 148 lineal feet of deck that needed to be replaced. However, when I asked them which boards, they would not tell me. They would not mark them. I spoke with the owner and she told me that if I hired someone else to do the work, they should know which boards need to be replaced. She was very condescending and rude. They wanted me to sign a contract for approximately $5700.00 in repairs. However, they did not want to show me what needed to be repaired. For some reason, that just doesn't appear forthright. It may benefit you to review their license history at the Structural Pest Control Board (pestboard.ca.gov).”
