“Communication with Mr. Hope is great until your actual appointment, after that good luck, because you will not receive the most pleasant attitude or customer service. Felt like he did a rush job also did not adhere to the prep list sheet that EVERY other company use. Was suppose to return in two weeks, and returned about four to five weeks later after my constant calls, and messages, and my friend calling demanding them to come out. Never showed for the third follow up, ignored numerous calls, and messages on phone and thumbtack even though I have a record of ALL paperwork and communication stating three visits and guaranteeing their work, but did not follow through. I would think for $950 you would do all you suppose to. Contemplating legal action, because the job was not complete and I'm still dealing with the issue, and will have to pay for another company to come and properly do what Mr. Hope was already paid to do. Only reason he's given two stars is because they actually showed up, and the older gentleman who came along was a real sweetheart!... I would not recommend this company!!!..... This review is a follow up to my previous review... Mr. Hope contacted me immediately following my review, offering his apologies, and fixing the problem. He came to my home the very next day and made things right, along with other services offered... The conclusion is it was all miscommunication and have been corrected to my satisfaction... I appreciate the courtesy, and willingness to make things right... I would now recommend Mr. Hope, and his company!”
