“Extremely disappointed with Hughes' customer service and branch manager Randy Fodor. We had centricon stations installed by Arrow and Hughes came out to remove the stations from a previous owner at this house. Despite being told several times that there were other stations from another company in the ground and to please be careful to only remove the Hughes stations, we were assured that there are special barcodes on the caps and only the Hughes' stations would be removed. Hughes came out and removed ALL of the stations, despite being alerted not to. When we contacted Randy at 8 in the morning, we were told he would call us back. By 2 PM he had not returned our phone call so we contacted again. At which time Randy insisted that Hughes had only removed the stations that were theirs and that Arrow must not have ever placed any stations. Arrow placed stations and we have a map of those from March of this year. Randy was rude, dismissive and insistent that this was our problem stating " I have a paper trail to back this up". Hughes removed all bait stations, theirs and Arrow's, and it was now our problem? Randy told us to contact Arrow and figure out how to rectify a problem that Hughes created. Unacceptable!”
