“Horrible company! We payed for services and didn't even receive a full contract. I had called and they told me the guy that wrote up my receipt doesn't work their anymore, therefore they didn't have a contract! Complete waste of money! Either go through a different company that has got their stuff together and reliable or do it yourself. I feel like I could have went to our local Lowe's and done a better job for a fourth of the price. Please save your money people, this is not a reliable comp[any, to make it even worse the customer service is the worst I've had to deal with in years!”

“My first appointment they showed up over an hour late, only after I called to be told it was due to weather. It's Florida in October, there is no weather. Follow up appointment scheduled today. Total no-show . I called, they scrambled and put me on hold for 5 minutes and had some guy come on and say oh it was my fault my truck broke down. I asked for the manager got this woman who was rude and nasty and knows nothing of customer service and basically said you already paid, no refund, do you want to reschedule or not? I dont think so, I am not sitting home all day waiting for you a 3rd time so you can no show again. Taking my business elsewhere and so should you.”
