“The men that we had come to our home and exterminate for us were the best 2 men we had ever met! They are our heroes! In a time when I was a nervous wreck with all we had to go through, they were able to talk with me and calm me down, take their time and explain everything to me, and get rid of our problem. I was told that they needed to do 2 applications, so I purposely asked for Jose and Marco to be the men sent to me. When I called and requested them and was told it might just be 1 of them and maybe another guy, I was very disappointed and unhappy. Luckily, Jose saw our address on the list and he and Marco made it back to our house. I was so happy seeing them pull up! They not only solved our problem, but we made 2 very nice friends. So I highly recommend this company although their prices were a little steep, but if you want the 2 best men for the job, ask for Jose and Marco from JP McHale Pest Management!”

“I called JP McHale for pest control. They charged me for winterization and control of bugs in my house. I told them repeatedly I have high ceilings to also spray there. They came twice only sprayed small areas by the floors. Told me it was too late for winterizing, after charging me. One month later told me my service was canceled. They took advantage of me by charging full service when they knew they could not deliver.”
