“This company decided to send me to a collections agency (for $180) without even picking up the phone to inform me that they couldn't get my re-occurring payment for service to go through. They had my information on file, a simple phone call to inform me that there was a problem would have been sufficient to figure out the issue. I still don't know why they couldn't get it to go through, when they had my information stored for that reason. In addition, don't use them to get rid of rodents, I think the materials they used actually brought more rodents in my house than what I previously had. Also, the guy they send out is afraid of rats.”
