“One star for customer service. I contacted them a few weeks ago about my pest problem. They took a week to reply with rates. I decided to use them so I asked if I could schedule an appointment. They responded quickly asking where I lived. Upon telling them I lived near the college, they stopped responding. I waited a week and then emailed them again informing them that I needed to know whether or not I should take my business elsewhere. Still no reply.”

“The pest control person was supposed to treat for bed bugs in my town home complex, all units in one day. When the person arrived at my house, he told me that the property management company had contacted them saying he needed to stop by the office to pick up a key for the other units. He said that there was no reason to this because it would take too long and he was already here. It took me about 45 minutes to finish draining our fish tanks, during this time the pest control person chilled in their truck smoking cigarettes and watching TV on their tablet. He treated my home that day because I was here to let him in, he had to return to do my neighbors the following day. The pest control people are supposed to return 7 days after treatment, however when I contacted them, they told me that our property management people had to schedule the return appointment. When I contacted my property management, they had no idea of this. The overall lack of professionalism/ communication is absolutely amazing, and I recommend a better company.”
