“My first experience was uneventful. However, my 2nd time calling we were experiencing a flea problem. On thurs we had home sprayed. The following wed I called. Left VM no call back. Thurs I called again explained worse problem than ever. She said prob had a hatching to vacuum treatment will still kill them. she would call me that eve and if necessary send someone out fri. No call that eve. I called AGAIN fri. Told her my small children were now ate up with bites. She said would have owner out by 4. When that didn't happen I called again she said miscommunication and would be Monday. Hopefully they keep word and be out Monday but in the meantime my pets are maxed out on oral and topical med my kids are going to b ate up all weekend. Really not happy. UPDATE..... returned on Monday. Did re spray. Explained flea process. I do feel better about the 2nd spray and hope we get rid of them. Never had this problem and don't want it again. Thank you Midwest”
