“Killingsworth is a scam to say the least... I contacted them due to an ant problem and they offered me a Annual Pest Control Contract... $99.00 first visit and a balance of $455.00. They do not explain that they only service your property ONE TIME!!! They contacted me to pay balance and I told them that no one has been to my property and the ants are so bad they are practically carrying my house away. They told me we dont come out but the initial service... because we are a "GREEN COMPANY". You would have to contact them every time to come out...The service technichian explained they would be coming out regularly and if I needed additional services we could contact...The only Green part of this company is they take your money and run...The products they use did not even phase the ants... I treated my yard myself with granules once.. NO MORE ANTS. The billing department is very rude and they scream at you on the phone. They said they would change my contract if I just sent them more money.. I asked for her to send me an invoice and send me the contract in writing she refused!!! They will not recieve another dime from me..”
