“I called in the morning and they ‘fit me in’ that afternoon. The fellow who came out was very personable and the Yellowjackets are gone! - in 2-3 days, just as he said. My reasons for not giving 5 stars are: 1)The treatment cost $195 for putting the “non-repellent” liquid into the inch wide wasp hole, and took no more than a couple minutes (maybe the stuff is really expensive and, I live in Ann Arbor and, I believe, they are located in Brighton). 2) The technician didn’t wear a mask, and I needed to show him where this small wasp hole is located.”
