“We eventually asked to be removed from our contract because of the inconsistent scheduling of services and billing mistakes and lengthy reimbursement time (3 months!). I feel I am being generous by giving them one star because they did excuse us from our contract. However, we are still waiting for a check from them due to the fact, they quoted us one price and charged us a higher rate before I caught it.
