“We have been Lloyds customers for a very long time and have always been pleased with their service. About a year ago, we started having problems with rats in our attic. Our regular service person put traps in the attic but that only worked for a short time. Needing more "rat" expertise, Ed Weaver was called in and he worked tirelessly to solve our problem. Ed started with more rat traps, next he suggested trees and bushes around our home be trimmed (which we did), then he carefully surveyed our home and plugged all the rat entrances. Unfortunately this didn't work, so Ed came out more times and plugged more holes. Finally, he called in a technician to install a camera in the attic and while he was doing that, he found a sneaky place where the rats entered under a tile on our roof. Ed's never gave up on us because rats can get gain entrance in the smallest opening! Ed is not only hard working, determined and knowledgeable about those sneaky rats, but he is friendly!
