Not only did they provide excellent service and help us get rid of an ant problem we had, they also noticed an area of the home where mice were coming in. They took care of the problem the first time, and the best part, there is no long term annual "maintenance" program that I was charged with the other big companies. I called back about 6 months later because we were seeing a few ants, and the owner explained that the temperature was about to drop in the next few days, and the ants would be gone due to the cold temperature. He could have easily come out, and charged for another full service, but instead, had the integrity to explain why the service was not necessary.
