Still wonder how people use this joke of a pest control business. Heck the Technicians that came out didn't even know what a silverfish was. It's a joke. The Technicians are young and uneducated. They don't know how to get rid of a problem, they have to call for help. What the heck. They are suppose to be professional. The funny part is the scare tactics he is using on his advertising sign about the Zika virus. Choose wisely and look for another company because this one is a joke.”

“Before closing on a home purchase, a termite inspection is often needed in Southern homes due to the prevalence of termites in the warm areas of the country. A few days prior to closing, my realtor scheduled a termite inspection with Mac's so that a letter would be on file. The gentleman arrived early and in a professional manner, and that I appreciate. However, even after having been warned of the narrow crawl space and having been equipped with the knowledge that the general home inspector had no issue in inspecting the crawl space, the inspector from Mac's only spent a few moments under the house before emerging and claiming that the crawl space was un-passable and that he was not interested in performing the inspection. I would sympathize if I had not been under the house myself, and had the previous inspector mentioned any impassable areas. However, not only were those facts true, but another local pest control company came the following day and performed the inspection with no issues or complaints. I completely understand the frustration of climbing under an old house, but if you offer it as a list of services, you've got to get your hands dirty from time to time. I can't speak for any other of their services, of which I don't doubt the quality, but as to Mac's accountability for inspection services, one star for showing up on time.”
