“We had squirrel(s) who got into our 2nd floor ceiling through a loose stone in an outer wall. The Masters Touch guys kept to their promise of getting the job done right. They came over immediately when my wife called them because the squirrel got into a living area. They kept putting one-way doors up until they got the squirrel(s) out. “Masters touch was great from the start. I called them before they opened at 8 am on a Thursday and within 10 minutes I received a call back from them. They said the could come that same day which was terrific because I got stood up by a bigger named company the day before. They came, did the job right and were friendly. On Saturday, some bees were still hanging around, so we called to see if they could come again. To our surprise, not only were they open, but they called us back in about 30 minutes saying that they had to make 2 stops and then they would be over. About an hour or 2 later, the owner of the company was there. Not only was he friendly, he stood by his word and came to get rid of those bees that were still hanging around. This company is run right, which is rare. I will be a customer for life! Thanks!!”
