“Had an appointment, given a window of 2 hours and the company never called to say they were running late. We called, were told about car trouble for the person responding, the owner (I assume) offered to come instead, but said he would be about an hour. The hour came and went and finally offered to come the next day. We declined. If you did not value my time today, I can't take for granted that you will tomorrow. We valued your time by being home and waiting AND we had to call to find out about the initial delay in coming to our home, not good customer service. We wanted to support black owned business, but this one didn't work out. Hopefully, if you decide to use this company after reading this review, you have a much better experience than we did.”
