We've also never had a rate increase, which shows how much they value customer loyalty. We have never had any bug/pest problems (assuming due to their awesome services), but any time that we've had any questions, they have been right there to assist. They also offer 1 month of free services for referrals!”

“I was with them for 4 years and loved their services. I used them for my own house and a rental property, then for the first time one of my tenants bugs in my house so I called them and asked them to go out since they always said they would come out right away if I saw any bugs. I thought they would come out right away, but instead they said they would come out in a week and a half. I agreed asking them specifically to spray the inside. Well when they were supposed to come spray, they didn't come inside because they didn't think anyone was home. My tenant had waited at home for them the whole time, but they hadn't even knocked. I asked them to go back out that day, and they said they would call me to set up a time to go out the next day. Then they said they were changing their policies so they would now go out every other month instead of every month for the same price. I said I was going to have to shop around and see if I wanted to stay with them. Then I never got a call back. I called and left messages and I never received a call back. I found another number to call and they finally answered and just said they weren't going to come out because I said I was going to shop around. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were to not even finish the job or call me back! So disappointing after 4 years to end things like this.”
