“If you are getting a VA loan I would not recommend this company. I had to have a termite inspection for a VA loan and everything was fine except they noted there was some wood debris underneath the deck and could not check it. My mortgage company says the VA will not accept this report and the wood debris will have to be cleared and another inspection done. According to my realtor they will not just re-inspect the area they have to do another inspection and charge me another $75 in addition to the $75 I just paid them. I believe they know what the VA inspection is about and instead of omitting a useless comment about wood debris, used that comment to get another $75 out of me. Or in the interest of customer service could have charged me half to make sure the wood was cleared. Don't use them for a VA inspection or it may cost you.”
