Before we could call Terminex or Orkin, these guys called and said they could be at our house in five minutes. Five minutes later, there were here. Their guy did an inspection on our house, and told us that we had (really) no problem. Just some termites in the yard, not in the house. He told us how to take easily care of it, and said he could do it if we wish, but it would be a huge savings to do it ourselves. Not only was he honest, but he was courteous, and prompt! If we ever do have a pest problem, we will call them again!”

He walked me through his findings, and explained to me that what I was seeing, and that what I thought was reason for panic is not a big deal. Another time, a very nice lady helped me over the phone to understand that twenty or thirty bees climbing in and out of my siding (only spotted the once) is not indicative of a hive in my wall. (A scouting party looking for a home - keep watch for a couple days to be sure nothing is established & save your $$$...) If you have a need for pest control, call these guys! They get high marks for honesty, and won't take you for a ride if your problem isn't a true cause for worry!”
