This is a bitter sweet review. My family and I have been with this company for many years and I remember Sarah being my technician for the last five years. She is phenomenal and words cannot explain how passionate she is about her job. She has made herself available to treat my home whenever I needed. Over the years, things have come up and she still has been available for me. I really appreciate her and the dedication to service. The termite service is excellent as well but this review is not about that. From my understanding, Orkin has a high turnover with employees and I am not comfortable with changing technicians every few months. This due to the current climate we live in—safety is paramount for me. I have learned she is being promoted and I am very happy for her. However because she is not going to be in the field any longer, I am going to have to “cut” ties with Orkin. I am thankful for the time I was able to have this company on my side and I wish nothing but the best for you Sarah. Congratulations to you!!!!!

This is a review from an employee prospective. In my 18 years of being in this industry and having 3 other companies to compare against. I thank God that there are still good people that want to do the right thing. Jay has created an awesome atmosphere where you feel safe, respected and valued. He encourages us to put family first always. Having an adult child with special needs hearing that is very comforting . His compensation plan is by far the best I’ve ever seen. It’s a little weird writing this review but you have to let good people know that there appreciated and how thankful I am to be apart of this family .

Keeli was a wonderful help to us. I contacted her about a wasp infestation and she got right in and got it taken care of immediately and put up with me having to move my dogs around and answered all my questions. We now have a technician come out and spray our yard and it helps so much. Thank you to Keeli and Orkin!

She doesn't back down from a challenge big or small, she's very good at what she does, she's punctual, and she works with people on pricing for the families struggling financially. We recently used orkin and had our attic redone due to a rat issue. We agreed the rats were there and it was a problem but they also said they could patch all the holes in our house to help stop any more rats. Well if I knew they were going to do such a horrible job I would have gone with someone else. The patch jobs on the walls are incomplete and look like crap. We have to go back in and do all the sanding require to smooth it down. They also left a mess in our house with loose insulation, (we have young kids, so we had to super deep clean to make sure no baby hands got ahold of anything). Now with the repair we got free pest control and mosquito control but they don't tell me when my appointments are and when I called to ask them to come spray inside my house they never called me back. I would not recommend orkin to anyone.

Thanks, I've been with Orkin since June and would personally thank the whole staff for excellent service above any of the pest control agencies in our area second to none. Thanks, we're impressed with the technical experience and professionalism that we had with Orkin's we had for over 8 years while stationed at Fort Riley, with residence in Manhattan, Kansas.​ Also, thanks Mr. Alex for outstanding pest control service on the 23d of July. They deserve 10 stars.

Keeli was the greatest help for us!!
