He did all I asked him to do. I would just prefer the block poison instead of little packets and he didn’t have any of the elephant glue traps. He said he would drop some back off but I needed to call the office and let them know and they would see when he was back in my area. Those have been a tremendous help on our front porch. I have caught snakes and all kinds of stuff. They really work good and I would appreciate if they would have all supplies I use here. The block bait for my rodent boxes and elephant glue boards for my porch and the regular ones for the inside. Other than that everything was awesome!!

Still waiting for a call from the ‘assistant manager’ I was told would call me Monday after multiple calls to the office with questions about my service.

I had terminite and bait expection service. Quan did an excellent job. He called to let me know he was on his way and came within my time frame. I thought I had termites around one my windows. Quan examine it and put me at ease. He explain it was termites but carpenter ants after heavy rain. He examine the exterior of the house and the attic. He informed me everything was good.

Orkin services has really declined in the past year. The consistency is not there. The service techs do not notify customers when they are coming out. The service is not done on their 6 wk rotation. They will also come more frequently to then charge you extra for the extra visit even though they made the decision to come and service out of the 6 wk service window because they are “making up for missed visits.” If that is the case, the. Why am I charged extra? The quality and reliability is gone.
